Main - Shish Kabob with dirty bread



 
 
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • large garlic, peeled and crushed
  • teaspoon dry white wine
  • small bay leaf
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • large onions, sliced thin

  • Marinate for two days. while grilling on skewers, soak up juices with french bread.
